Conditions of Membership
All site users who sign up for a site membership must abide by the following terms and conditions:
i) Accounts and passwords may not be shared between users. Sharing of accounts and passwords is detected automatically by software and will result in you being locked out of your account for a set period of time.
ii) All material (videos, worksheets, quizzes etc) is copyrighted and may not be redistributed to people who are not members of Make Science Easy.
iii) Videos are protected from download, you are prohibited from attempting to circumvent those download restrictions.
iv) Teachers/Schools who wish to use the material contained within Make Science Easy for their classes must sign up for either a site licence or for individual accounts for all of their pupils. This must be done by visiting https://www.makescienceeasy.com/information-for-schools/
v) Refunds will be considered within 14 days of purchase only. With the exception of lifetime members where a technical issue prevents them from accessing Make Science Easy after this 14 day period.
vi) Make Science Easy accepts no liability for any incorrect information within this site or the lessons contained within the site not matching your specific curriculum in its entirety
vii) Make Science Easy accepts no liability for any failure to pass examinations.
viii) Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, refunds will not be provided for accounts that have renewed regardless of if the account is being actively used or not. The exception being a one month refund may be granted if there are technical issues preventing the cancellation of the account. In the event of technical issues preventing the cancellation of the account it is the user's responsibility to contact Make Science Easy.
Failure to abide by the conditions of membership may result in your account being terminated without notice nor refund.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Make Science Easy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the http://www.makescienceeasy.com/ website ("Site").
